1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
2. Shipping Methods & Destinations
We ship worldwide. We use the following carriers:
- BOX NOW — parcel locker delivery, available within Croatia
- Hrvatska pošta — standard postal delivery, available worldwide
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed:
- Croatia (Hrvatska pošta): 7–14 business days from dispatch
- Croatia (BOX NOW): 7–14 business days from dispatch
- International: Longer than domestic — timeframes vary by destination country and may be affected by customs processing
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- BOX NOW (Croatia): Free shipping
- Hrvatska pošta (Croatia & international): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details
5. Tracking
At this time, we do not provide tracking numbers. If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact us at realbefakeofficial@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict delays or additional charges.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
