Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Our Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
Returns meeting these conditions are eligible for store credit.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour. To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
